Before preparing libraries, record information about your samples using an option available for your sequencing system:
AmpliSeq for Illumina TCR beta-SR Panel is a highly multiplexed targeted resequencing panel intended for use with multiple sample types, including formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor samples.
Component | Number of Pools | Concentration |
---|---|---|
DNA and RNA | 1 | 5X |
Completing the AmpliSeq for Illumina TCR beta-SR protocol requires the panel and the following library prep kit and index kit.
For each DNA and RNA sample, the AmpliSeq for Illumina TCR beta-SR Panel generates one DNA and one RNA library. A sample is a specimen of nucleic acid from one source, while a library is nucleic acids from a sample after preparation. Samples can be DNA, RNA, or paired. A library has the ends required for sequencing.
Preparing the appropriate number of samples requires the following number and combination of kits.
Number of Samples | 24 Samples | 96 Samples | 384 Samples |
