NextSeq 500 Software Downloads

The NextSeq System Suite is user-installable. This release includes updates to the NextSeq Control Software. To install this update, download the software installed NextSeq System Suite v2.2.0, and copy it to the NextSeq desktop or an accessible network location. The NextSeq System Suite v1.3.2 is user-installable. This release includes updates to the NextSeq Control Software, RTA2, NextSeq Service Software, NextSeq recipes, and the BaseSpace Broker. Changes include a reduction in template loading volume and a flow cell recovery workflow. Version 1.3.2 is compatible with v1 reagents, streamlines system shutdown and restart procedures, and adds indications for software update and wash notifications.
