Kit Requirements
Performing a sequencing run requires a single-use MiSeq Reagent Kit v3 or a MiSeq Reagent Kit v2. Each kit contains a flow cell and reagent cartidge prefilled with reagents used for clustering the flow cell and completing the sequencing run.
