Performing a run requires one HiSeq 3000/4000 Cluster Kit and one HiSeq 3000/4000 SBS Kit.

The HiSeq 3000/4000 Cluster Kit includes a patterned flow cell, a cBot manifold, two boxes, and an accessory kit. The flow cell format depends on the kit:
