Kit Requirements
Performing a run requires one HiSeq 3000/4000 Cluster Kit and one HiSeq 3000/4000 SBS Kit.
- The cluster kit is available in paired-end (PE) and single-read (SR) versions. Both versions include clustering reagents for the cBot 2 or cBot System and indexing and paired-end reagents for the HiSeq 3000 System.
- The SBS kit is available in three sizes: 300-, 150-, and 50-cycle. All sizes include sequencing reagents to sequence one flow cell on the HiSeq 3000 System.
- Both kits are single-use.

HiSeq 3000/4000 Cluster Kit
The HiSeq 3000/4000 Cluster Kit includes a patterned flow cell, a cBot manifold, two boxes, and an accessory kit. The flow cell format depends on the kit:
- The PE kit includes a PE flow cell. Store at 2°C to 8°C.
- The SR kit includes an SR flow cell. Store at 2°C to 8°C.
