The cBot 2 System uses the following reagent kits to cluster or rehybridize HiSeq flow cells. When clustering is complete, the flow cell is sequenced on a HiSeq system using reagents from both the cluster and SBS kits and any other supplementary kits.

HiSeq v4 and TruSeq v3 flow cells are high-output flow cells compatible with the HiSeq 2500, HiSeq 1500, HiSeq 2000, and HiSeq 1000 Systems.
Cluster the HiSeq Rapid v2 flow cell on the cBot only when using the HiSeq Rapid Duo cBot Sample Loading Kit to load a separate library in each lane. Otherwise, both clustering and sequencing are performed on the HiSeq 2500 or HiSeq 1500.
Sequencing Nextera libraries on a TruSeq v3 flow cell requires HP10 from one of the following kits:
